Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car won’t turn off. Changed ignition switch
still won’t turn off. Only way to shut it off is
to disconnect the battery.

Been a long time since I heard of this, but I think the fix was a new steering column, as it is faster and easier to just replace it rather than taking the column apart to fix.
