Compressor clutch 1989 ford crown victoria

My compressor clutch is not engaging .. and I need
help on how to diagnose what's causing it.. does it
have a diagram out there to find the fuse and
where it's located etc.. thanks and God bless and
let me know if I need to post a picture of
compressor..

Lack of refrigerant may cause the a/c compressor clutch to not engage.
