Jaguar XF vs BMW 4 series convertible

Which one should I buy given that both are of year 2014 having MSRP of
$60k? But Jaguar is now for $30K whereas bimmer convertible is for $40k.
Does Jaguar depreciate more as compared to BMW? Also, I hate driving in
snow and BMW is RWD but the dealer told me snow tires will make it better.

I'd get a Lexus and forget the Jaguar and the BMW.
