12 volt outlets quit working

Fuse is good no power at fuse.

I had the same problem on my 2016 Grand Caravan. I removed the always live outlet in the front console . The wireing had current but not the plug that goes in the outlet. I had to use a punch and hammer to flattened the rivet in the bottum of the plug. Now every thing is in good working order.
