What happens if you purchased a vehicle you & on the way home it dies?

I purchased a 2015 Suburban I found thanks to this website.  But on the way
home it died...
It's back at dealership & they claim to be fixing it - but what can I do if they
don't?

If the dealer is fixing it, that is great. If they don't, take it back again.
