My Civic has not started twice first thing in the morning. Is there something in the starter I need to change?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No clicks, no turnover, nothing.  After waiting a few moments, it starts up fine. what do
you think the battery has water in all the anodes but it is as old as the car (2006) or is it
something about the starter?
