why would a new battery go dead over night

The first obvious thing to look at is if youre leaving something on. If not, then theres a drainage occurring through faulty wiring possibly. AAA checks these things for you or you could have electrical checked with YOUR mechanic. A stranger will take you through the ringer.

My knew battary dies in one night and I don't leave any thing on and the electric loss sometimes works and sometimes don't

I'm here on this for the same dang reason. Once a couple years ago the back fans would turn on even without the key. Check that knob behind console, then lock in manual and find the fuse box under the seat. Find that fuse and pull it if you never use it.
