I have a 2014 rouge and the left turn signal is blinking fast, does this mean its time to change the bulb?

Yes, there is a burnt out bulb. Just find which one and replace it.

Not a bulb. Flashers flash at normal speed, right blinker, normal speed. Left blinkers flash but faster. Both front and back bulbs work

Even though my front left turn signal was "working", i replaced it anyway and the fast turn signal flashing returned to normal flashing immediately. Problem resolved.
