A.c. trouble

I have a 02 ford mustang v6 3.8l my a.c. is full I
cycled out the old for the new Freon and my
compresser won't kick on fully it tries but dosnt
want to and I'm not sure if it's the relay or not.
Please help

Would measure clutch gap and check condition of compressor clutch plate Hoping you pumped down the system and replaced receiver drier prior to refill. If it was not pumped down and the system was not under vacuum during refill you may have air in system or a slugging problem. Good Luck!

    A.c. compressor isn't kicking on all the time. When it's cooler outside the a.c. runs fine, compressor kicks on. Checked all fuses, and changed the cycling switch. Full of freon.
