My car wont accelarate and when idle rpms go down?

So my car won't pick up speed like it used
to, also when idle rpms go down to about
400 rpm and acts like it wants to stall but
goes back to normal.  I already changed all
spark plugs, clean with carb cleaner,
changed sure filter. So what can it bee? Also
all when changing into gears it takes long to
pick up speed, like if I had a sparks blown.
But I changed then. Help please.

If the check engine light is on, have the vehicle scanned for any trouble codes. Write them down. This would let you know what is going on. Otherwise try cleaning the Mass Air Flow Sensor with MAF spray cleaner.
