Could be a dirty Throttle body or a bad IAC Valve

You can clean your MAF sensor and use MAF sensor Cleaner. But I'd also clean the Idle air control valve and throttle body with brake cleaner. Sometimes the idle air control needs to be replaced if surging at idle still occurs.
