No, not required if you did not open a bleeder or loosen a hose. It would be a good idea to bleed the brakes to get fresh fluid into the system. Dirty fluid can cause the calipers to drag in the future.
If the system is not opened via the bleeder valve, no. But it is a good idea to completely change the brake fluid on your vehicle. I do mine every two years. That entails bleeding all the brakes until fresh fluid is within the entire system. If the fluid in your master cylinder is black, I'd change it.
