Afte Start engine in the morning when I can drive a car how maney min and I have F150 2014

After starting you can go almost immediately. Just allow it about 1 or 2 minutes, then just take it easy, light foot on throttle until warmed up. Even in cold weather this still applies.

Virtually all late model Fords are designed to start up and drive immediately. Warming up the vehicle before driving it is pre-80's technology. Welcome to the 21st century!!!
