Can leaving dash cam plugged in to cigarette lighter cause my mercedes slk alarm to go off.

Probably will not set off the alarm. Test and see. And most power outlets turn off with the ignition key. Test and see.

Just fitted dash cam today and thought it was ok to leave plugged in .really pleased with it came inside and after about five minutes my alarm started going off .will try it again tomorrow don't want to upset neighbours lol.
