2002 ford 5.4 L running terrible

Update to my earlier question, I replaced all the coils, all of the plugs again and 4 fuel injectors, It no longer has a #4 misfire code, It starts, Idles, and runs fine at low RPM, but give it gas to accelerate and it starts  to act like its mixing up the cylinders. It reminds me of an older engine when the timing was way off and the vacuum advance was shot.
