Squealing noise after 30min of driving

Thank you all in advance for your help. I recently
have been having this problem where after about
30min of driving, my car makes this high pitch
noise, here is a video of it on YouTube :
https://youtu.be/MZBEdbLaIf8 I am not sure what
could cause this. I am NOT braking at all when this
occurs and once I stop moving, the noise stops.

haven't looked at the vid yet.. might later.. look up drive shaft noise.. 30 min is a long time for delayed noise.
