They do exist, go to this link and see what you can see. There are 2.0L H4 w/turbo used from $2250 and up -- http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/191721350065?ul_noapp=true&chn=ps&lpid=82

JDM EJ20H TWIN TURBO 2.0L ENGINE & 5-SPEED TRANSMISSION 94-99 LEGACY GT BG5 ? would that work?

i have been digging around forums and elsewhere and it looks like yes, it will Only problem is if by chance you live in Calif. and a few other States you can not put a used engine from older model car in to your 2014. Must be same year or newer ..Most States don't care

I live in Washington so should be good:) you think I'll have to mess with the transmission much and/or fuel line ?

That one I have no idea. Never done that swap. But guessing... yes it will be a hassle ... the turbo must be in-line exhaust stream
