Trunk won't open the fuse keep on popping

I changed the fuse and it pops again

Note the diagram for trunk release. Does the fuse blow as soon as you plug it in or only after you hit the trunk release button? If the latter, could be problem with release motor or wiring circuit from relay to release motor. Just my opinion.
