Is there a sensor that regulates engine speed when tire pressure becomes lower than a certain point on a 2014 Buick Regal Turbo?

I was driving today and my tire pressure drastically dropped from 30psi to
19psi and simultaneously the check engine light came on and the traction
control came on. The car then continues to regulate the engine speed to
20 then to 15 then to 10 all the way to a stop. I finally got the car started
again and was able to start and stop my way to the nearest gas station to
put air in the tires and then the car was working properly

Also, I was wondering if there is some sort of sensor that regulates engine speed based on tire pressure if it gets too low

Yes there is a sensor that will slow the car down it's a safety feature so you don't crash and burn

OK thank you for that. Also, do you know why it completely made my car stop? The psi was at 19 so i thought that it would just regulate it to a certain speed instead of completely shutting it off
