When i turn on the heater fan the rpm's go from 1 to 1100. Somtim3s dies. Stops when you turn off fan

The car dies when you turn off fan? Because mine actually did that the throttle body needed cleaned. I don't know if you figured it out after a year but mine would die Everytime I turned on ac or stop or anything. It was the throttle body
