I have a 2004 gmc envoy 4 wheel . Had the tranny rebuilt and the speedometer stopped working. Replaced the sensor and then had the PCM reprogrammed and the speedometer is still not working

I have had the transmission rebuilt and the speedometer stopped working. Replaced the
speed sensor and the odometer went out again . Checked the wiring and everything is
fine. Brand new speed sensor then went out again. Reprogrammed the PCM and the
speedometer worked for a half a day and stopped working again . Need help on how to
fix the problem

The motor inside the instrument cluster is bad.
