I take it the check engine light isn't on? If it's not on, buy a can of throttle body cleaner. Remove throttle body and totally tear it down and clean it. Remove Idle Air Control valve and clean it as well. Buy a can of Mass Air Flow cleaner. Remove your MAF and completely spray it down. Do not use throttle body cleaner on your MAF. Post back with results.....
