Question type: Car Customization

Is it a good idea to delete the stock muffler on my v6
charger ? Would it sound good and not sound like trash. I
want it to have that good sound when i start my engine
and when i take off.

You can spend a LOT of money swapping out a stock exhaust for better sound (and performance), but too often people go for a cheap low-end aftermarket swap and the result is less than desirable, and end up swapping back to the stock exhaust. Deleting the muffler alone isn't doing much, and will cause car to fail an emissions test if you live in a state that has them.

It will sound like absolute trash. Unless you like standing 5 feet from a Toro weedwacker at work all day, every day, don't do it. Save up and get a nice catback for it, OR go to your local muffler shop and ask them to weld up a couple of nice mufflers for you. Flowmaster or Magnaflow would sound good, Magnaflow being the deeper of the two. And if it's not loud enough for you, you can always go back and have them take off the resonators. However, I would try just a muffler swap first as deleting resonators can cause rasp and also vibrations in the interior.
