My 2002 ford escort zx2 has a new battery in it but I'm not getting any power to the car, nnothing no lights or radio absolutely no power. Please help!

ok, heres my problem, i drove my car this morning to work, but when i got off work it wouldnt start. it has been doing this for a couple of months now and i had the battery checked and fully charged. i also checked it with a meter and when i turn the key on there is no change in the voltage. the lights wont turn on, nothing happens. no click nothing. i dont know where to look next.
