Why isn't the car taking power?

Asked by Joseph Aug 27, 2022 at 05:08 PM about the 2014 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just recently bought a 2014 Fusion
Energi Titanium with a bad transmission
(Only codes I received when buying it
were for transmission and the trans had
metal pieces jamming it up as we
pushed it). So I just picked up the car
today and the left two and bottom right
lights flash when I plug it in. Also it
thinks there's always a J1772 connected
to it and I have to clear it when I drive it
and it always cleared. Car doesn't take
any power either. Has anyone seen this,
or know if something wasn't connected
right?

OK. I'll check, but it drives fine with no issues. It just won't charge from the j1772. I thought I put this in there, but I picked it up from the trans being changed.
