2014 ford fusion screen is frozen ...please help

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

radio screen frozen, tuner will not move it is stuck on am 820, can move from
screen to svreen but no function. tried reset n reboot but not working thru the
phone  button method. tried power and right arrow that does nothing. please
help

If a reboot doesn't work, it's time to have the dealer service department diagnose it.
