it normal to have air come out of the oil cap ?

when taking the oil cap off the engine there was air coming out and a little bit of
oil as well is this normal in these types of cars ?

Was the engine running? There will always be a bit of pressure inside the engine. This is why there is a PCV. You should clean or replace the PCV to be sure it is working properly.
