Asked by Dennis Jul 05, 2017 at 06:45 PM about the 2006 GMC Envoy SLT 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I use my turn signals,  i hear an electrical
static/buzzing sound. When hazard lights are on
the sound is intermittent as the lights are. Turn

Not very common for the flasher to go out on our platform. I'd look at that, it's located right behind the plastic kick plate where your knees would be on left side, several screws to take down. When the plastic is down, the flasher is on the left hand side, big thing, like 3" long, and 1-2" wide. Novita makes the replacement flashers for GM, good thing is, they are LED compatible! LM486 is the part #. Good luck.
