Cooling fan running constantly

I've changed the cooling fan, controller,
module and temp sensor and still runs.
Could it be the temp sensor inside the
transmission

I meant to say tuns all of the time, doesn't shut off unless car is shut off. Forgot to add that, important detail

Could be your cylinder head temperature sensor, under the plastic intake manifold!! I want my 04 grand marques, crown vic cooling fan operational also!!
