AC not working on Crown Vic

So my 2010 Crown Vic doesn’t have working
AC. I can feel the air at the vents but there’s
no pressure. There’s also a whining sound
coming from this thing that’s under my glove
box. What could the issue be? (Picture of the
thing under my glove box will be a part of the
question)

That's either a blend door or a mode door. Fix it and the Vic will return to normal.
