I have a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and the problem I am experiencing is that the windshield wipers will cease working for a period of time and then later will return to full function. What gives?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Over the past year I've had intermitant problems with the winshield wipers
ceasing to operate when raining. After a period of time they will return to full
operation, makes me wonder if there is a problem with a relay but have not
been able to find a cause for this malfunction.

I had to replace the motor on mine for doing the same thing. Go to the Pick and Pull and get one for cheap.
