2004 ford crown vic PI taillights do not stay on.

They come on when I start the car, but go off shortly therafter.

There were no short circuits found. Took off the LCM and everything worked on the unit. Put the unit back in the car - secured everything. Now all lights work as they should. Just to make sure I was in "compliance" with lighting requirements, I pulled my HID headlight bulbs and replaced them with Sylvania Ultras along with replacing a burnt tag bulb. Now all lights work and work as they should.
