Battery Saver light indicator is on?

Asked by IgneousTheRenegade Oct 10, 2020 at 07:59 PM about the 2014 Chevrolet Camaro 1LT Convertible RWD

Question type: General

I had my key in the off position of my 2014
Camaro listing to music before , subsequently
I received the batter saver indication; I figured
due to my leaving the accessories running
when the engine was not; will this correct
itself after driving around some or should I
look more into it, no current issues starting or
running

If the battery is original to the vehicle (6 years old) I'd replace it. Original equipment GM batteries are only 3 year batteries. But if the battery is newer and you were listening to the stereo for a while, say a couple of hours, I wouldn't worry about it. Hope that helps! Jim
