Aftermarket body additions make the car look stupid so stay clear of those. A tasteful wheel and tire upgrade to fill out the wheel wells is nice but don't go with safety and ride ruining 20's. An aftermarket exhaust upgrade from Borla or Flowmaster will give you a nice sound and a couple of extra HP. Lowering the car an inch or so can look good and improve the handling.

In my opinion the number one thing you can do to make your car look sharp is to detail it like a pro and keep is super clean. This alone will make your car stand out above the rest.

Ive heard it with a different exhaust I don't like that it sounds like a lawnmower but maybe that's YouTube ? I was gonna add some Oem wheels but idk what sites are good also wanted to add a cold air intake maybe that should change up the sound too? Maybe add like 10 horsepower

There a lot of different aftermarket exhaust systems to choose from so shop around until you find the sound you like, there are a lot more brands than the two I mentioned . V6 cars are not the best sounding so good luck. The intake won't hurt but get one that is smog legal in your state.
