What size tires and rims can put on my subie?

I have a 2011 subaru wrx stock hight running stock rims, I
was wondering what is the biggest tire size I can put on the
stock rims.
Another question is would a 16" rim fit for my year and
qhats the biggest tire size can I put on it.
