Is there any type of return or refusal of car?

would have to look at the contract you've signed, is it LLC limited liability corporation? often cash on the barrelhead means more than writings on the wall~

New car sales have a grace period. Used car sales are final unless there's a add-on in the contract that stipulates an extended return policy. Deal with the seller, but by law, you're likely stuck with whatever you bought.
