Ford explorer 2014 Base, squeaking brakes . Just had pads put on by a non
Ford Dealer. How do we make the squeaking stop?

Need to remove the pads and use disc brake quiet (silicone like substance) on the backing plates of the pads, it prevents metal on metal contact which at a high rate of vibration causes squealing. I hope this helps
