Electrical grounding issue

I have a dodge Dakota 2000 sport. Most times starts fine, but once in a while
nothing happens when try to start. No sound, no lights nothing. I turn key to
start and off few times, and it starts fine. I am thinking some grounding issue,
but not sure

Might be a bad ignition switch.
