Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So my little brother hooked up my 12v battery up
wrong in my 85 Blazer. I didn't know until I tryed to
start the truck. I hooked up the battery correctly
and now it sounds like it's trying to start but won't
turn over. Head lights work . What could it be????
Ignition module  ?? Ignition Coil??? I don't know
where to look ?

Look for blown ignition fuse would be in fuse box under the hood but also check fuses under dash.
