Ok i have a 1987 Pontiac firebird and on the driver
side door it has a knob it’s a switch for something
and it does not work any idea what it’s called and
what it goes to.

Could it be the adjustment cable for a manual outside mirror? If not, can you take a picture of it and its surroundings?
