what could be the issue, fix?

2003 taurus, have new battery , alternator fine, but somethg is draining the
battery. when idling with air conditioner on it rocks til i turn air off. one time the
battery died. one time it sounded like a fan stopped or something. ??? thank
you.

The engine rocks when you have the AC on? Better check the AC compressor clutch, it may be bad, and dragging on the serpentine belt. The fans should run when the AC is on, if not there is a problem. I suggest you take this to a mechanic and have it properly diagnosed.
