2003 ford taurus

I replace everything my mechanic said was wrong with my taurus, battery starter air valve  
wire to alternator and it still will not start or even crank! Head lights are bright, lights come
on and well it will not start help!!!!

there isn't enough amperage available to the starter solenoid....the connection of the battery to the chassis and to the engine must be capable of 300 amps!
