Where is the panel located and which fuses are for the dash lights and the instrument cluster illumination

Is eather under the dash at left of break peddle,at end of dash on driver side,the fuses are numbered and tell which fuse is what inside fuse cover,if under dash,same thing.EXAMPLE-Cluster-12.
