Car won't start lights won't come on inside or outside the car

What's going on with this car a Chevy Cruze
2014 LTZ 98 thousand miles on it I'm
thinking and it just stopped working on me I
had  the battery checked out got it
rechanged put it back in and it states that
the battery is weak I don't know what to do I
was told that is not the engine the starter or
the alternator I don't know what to do any
suggestions

Thanks for that answer I will try looking into that but I'm told that the heads maybe gone but thank you.
