Wont start

Ran out of gas refueled it replaced carb and spark
plugs ran for like 20 min and cut off again. I
replaced the fuel reg. And it still wont start

Spray some quick start in the carburator and see is it will run for a bit. If it does, you still have a fuel issue. If it doesn't, check for sparkbat the spark plugs.
