Car running rough

Why does my car start running rough when I slow
down and if I pull the pcv line off and let the engine
rev up it starts to work again has a new PCV valve

Try checking your intake manifold gasket. Often they leak and would cause your problem. You may not feel it much when engine is running at high rpm but would become more apparent as you slow down. Good luck.
