HELP! 1986 Ford Ranger still not pumping gas after replacing both fuel pumps!

There's two pumps, three fuel filters for truck, everything's replaced, even relays, pumps turn on, yet no gas is pumping! I have no way to get to work, I'm at my wits end, PLEASE HELP! :(

I think 86 was the first year for throttle body fuel injection & multiport injection on those rangers. Remember that fuel can not go threw a close injector. I would use a jumper wire to open it but need to check for its power rating and use same amount to open it up and see if fuel flows if so you need to locate why its not getting power (aka) shorts, bad connectors or ecm computer or sensor or fuse's or relay's ect.
