Where to start? Can be loss of fuel pressure, loss of spark, bad ignition module, no crank sensor input, bad EVP, too many things to list really. Do you have a carburetor or throttle body on this? Try a shot of starting fluid and see if it catches. (If carburetor try a tiny capful of gas down the throat). You could also check fuel pressure. You can also look for a trouble code, check this link on how to read EEC trouble codes for 85 to 95 Fords; fordtruckclub.net/forum/showthread.php?t=6720
