89 f150 driveshaft replacement

I'm trying to find a replacement driveshaft in my 89 f150 but
can't seem to find one for the manual 4 speed 4x4 117" wb
found one for the aod transmission can I use it?

Your truck is a unicorn, likely only a handful built as the four speed was special order and most had the Mazda sourced five speed. I’d like to know more about your trucks equipment. Is it a XLT Lariat with a 300ci six?
