I got a 1986 ford 150 straight engine I change the fuel pump it did crank the next day nothing I put some gas inside the carburetor and it won't start neither....... Due i need a new carburetor????

Check your engine ignition wires. Also check your main vacuum line going to your power brake booster. What was the problem that made You change the fuel pump? Usually on older vehicles when the fuel pump dies, they will idle and crank fine. When the vehicle is placed into drive, or if You try to power brake the vehicle that is when they will go dead.
